This time we\u2019re learning about \u201cevilution\u201d. That\u2019s not a typo, at least not on my part. That\u2019s how they spell it in the video.<\/p>\n

As all \u201cgood\u201d creationist presentations go this one begins with the premise that evolutionary theory is\u00a0intrinsically\u00a0evil. Then a bunch of scientific facts are \u201cdebunked\u201d, not by opposing \u201cfacts\u201d but rhetoric. This video in particular doen\u2019t even bother to venture into the world of pseud0-science. It just declares that thingslike radio carbon dating aren\u2019t true. Or my personal favorite: if you believe we evolved from apes then you have<\/em> to believe we also evolved from rocks.<\/p>\n

Apparently all you need to do anymore is declare that something is or isn\u2019t true and it is. No need to back your statements up with messy things like \u201cfacts\u201d and \u201cevidence\u201d. At least that\u2019s what I\u2019ve learned from TV and the internet.<\/p>\n
