We see a lot of people putting funny and weird spins on Jesus these days. Heck, we are those people.<\/p>\n

But we do it as satire in critique of what we feel is the unhealthy phenomenon that is American Christianity.<\/p>\n

Redneck Jesus, on the other hand, is serious.<\/p>\n

How serious is he? He\u2019s \u201ccalled by God\u201d serious.<\/p>\n

Redneck Jesus isn\u2019t a nickname this guy came up with for himself in an attempt at humor. This guy claims he was given that name directly from God. Not kidding.<\/p>\n

It seems God also named him: \u201cAbe Lincoln,\u201d \u201cFuture Saint,\u201d \u201cChosen One,\u201d \u201cKing\u201d, and\u2026wait for it\u2026.\u201dKing of China.\u201d<\/p>\n

You can\u2019t make this stuff up.<\/p>\n

And that is just the tip of the iceburg. You can check out his website for yourself here<\/a> (and you really should), but we thought we\u2019d save you some time and give you a few highlights.<\/p>\n

No problem!<\/p>\nAlthough, if it was me I would make sure I signed up for the \u201cLimo Meal\u201d option.
