These days churches everywhere are making videos \u00a0to promote their events. It\u2019s a great tool to have and one which is all but essential in the digital age.<\/p>\n

Now, not all of these promo videos are created equally. Some of them are highly polished and really professional. Others were done on the fly with whatever video camera happened to be laying around.<\/p>\n

Regardless of quality, most promos inviting people to a church event tend to be warm and welcoming or at the very least non-threatening.<\/p>\n

This church apparently didn\u2019t get that memo.<\/p>\n

Instead, someone decided that brandishing a giant machete\/sword\/instrument of death would be a better way to get folks to come to church.<\/p>\n

You know, the classic \u201ccome to church or we\u2019ll slice and dice you into little pieces\u201d routine.<\/p>\n
