Sure Islam started some 700 years after Jesus was alive and sure this claim is essentially no different than saying Jesus was, I don\u2019t know, an American, but hey, facts are just inconvenient annoyances that get in the way of real truth!
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/iframe>\n<h2>CHRISTIAN PROF SAYS JESUS WAS MUSLIM<\/h2>\nBy Bob Unruh, WND.com<\/em><\/p>\nA professor at an Iowa college says as a Christian, he has to say that Jesus was a Muslim.<\/p>\nIgnoring the historical timeline in which Jesus taught some 2,000 years ago in the Middle East and the advent of Islam is dated six centuries later, after Christianity had impacted much of the known globe, Robert F. Shedinger, who wrote \u201cWas Jesus a Muslim?\u201d said his research convinced him of Jesus as aligning in thought with Islam.<\/p>\nIn a video report that was uncovered by\u00a0CampusReform.org,\u00a0the professor is interviewed by In The Community television in Raleigh, N.C.,<\/p>\nShedinger said the issue arose when a Muslim student challenged his teaching about Islam, and he rethought not only Islam, but all of religion.<\/p>\nHe came to perceive Islam as a social justice system instead of a religion, and found that he thought the same about Jesus.<\/p>\n\u201cI had to rethink what Islam is,\u201d Shedinger said in the interview. \u201cI came to the conclusion that it was a social justice movement and I think that\u2019s who Jesus was in
