Yesterday, I learned that Thomas Jefferson wasn\u2019t the biggest fan of John Calvin.<\/p>\n

Actually, that would be an understatement.<\/p>\n

Now, this raises a really important quandary for a lot of patriotic Americans.<\/p>\n

You see, if you\u2019re a real American patriot, then you\u2019ve gotta love Jefferson.\u00a0And if you\u2019re a Calvinist, you\u2019ve gotta love Calvin.<\/p>\n

But if you love Jefferson, then you love the guy that hated the guy you\u2019re supposed to love.<\/p>\n

Love your enemies I guess?<\/p>\n

But, wait, that makes Thomas Jefferson your enemy!! How can you call yourself a patriot if Jefferson is your enemy??<\/p>\n
