The Lighthouse Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas is apparently going around town dropping off pamphlets telling people that gay people don’t exist.
The pamphlet asks the question, “Does God love Homosexuals?” The answer given says, “This is a flawed question, there are no such things as Homosexuals.”
The rest of that response says there are only males and females who “engage in ‘unseemly’ acts of immorality.”
The pastor of the church, Paul Caldwell, defended the pamphlet, calling it just another method of outreach:
“Our church loves the LGBT community, hence the reason we have decided since Spring 2014 to reach out to them. This is just another avenue we are trying,” Caldwell says.
That’s one hell of an awful way to show love. (And how do you reach out to people you don’t believe exist?)
Speaking of awful ways to show love, you won’t be surprised to learn that Caldwell’s daughter Kendra is engaged to Joseph Duggar. It’s a match made in bigot hell.
