God in My Head
The True Story of an Ex-Christian Who Accidentally Met God
by Joshua Steven Grisetti
Grisetti chronicles his journey with blunt comic undertones, undercutting the lofty gravitas typically associated with the "meeting God" genre.
Joshua Steven Grisetti didn't even believe God existed when he experienced an accidental drug overdose and met Him. The first thing God said: "Stop telling people I don't exist." What followed was a life-altering spiritual adventure that you have to read to believe!
"There is no easy way to say it, so I'm just going to put it out there: He looked exactly like me."

We caught up with Grisetti recently to ask him what his experience of the Almighty was really like (and why we should believe him!). Check out our exclusive video Q&A here!

Grisetti's experience may be a tool for other Christians to think about their faith.
God is bigger and more complex and more wondrous than any book can describe. And I think that’s the same thing Grisetti came away from his encounter with him, too.
Grisetti’s drug-induced hallucinations opened the doors of perception and awakened him to the vastness of the universe and a deity quite different than the patriarchal, often vindictive, loving, and ambiguous god of his fundamentalist upbringing.
