Shiraz Moosajee joined the Company as its Chief Finance and Development Officer in April 2012. Mr. Moosajee had been advising Patheos on an ad-hoc basis previously. Mr. Moosajee started his career with Ernst & Young in London, UK, Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) and the Centennial Funds in Denver, Colorado. Subsequently, Mr. Moosajee held operational roles with several Internet application and infrastructure companies, most notably Unicomm International, which he co-founded and was ultimately purchased by Critical Path (Nasdaq: CPTH) and JAB Broadband where he was a founder and CFO. Mr. Moosajee holds a B.Sc. from The London School of Economics and an MBA from Dartmouth College where he graduated with Distinction as a Tuck Scholar.
