I’ve been doing some Bible reading in the book of Genesis about Abraham and Sarah. In case you’re interested exactly what I’m referencing, it’s Genesis, Chapter 16, verses 1-4. In this story, Sarah has figured enough is enough, and so she tells Abraham to go ahead and have sex with her maid, Hagar. (Just for the record, Hagar’s first name was NOT Sammy!) Decided to hang with Sophia for an overnighter, and we decided to stay at the South Bend Microtel. Very cute room! You can see the window seat, and it was really large enough to sleep on, although I’m not sure that the cushion would be too comfortable as a bed. Not an April Fool’s Day surprise, but I did actually get a whopping six inches cut off my hair. Sophia had arranged for me to get a haircut at It’s All About You, a local salon.
