1.What are some things that cause you to be down in the dumps?
2.Have there been times during COVID-19 that have caused you to be depressed (sad, bored, lonely, angry, frustrated)? Why do you think that is?
3.Does God ever make fun of Elijah, or make him feel dumb for being down in the dumps? Why is that so important?
4.What are some of the things God does to help Elijah while he is down?
5.What are some things you can do right now that might help you put a smile on your face?
6.Who are some people you can talk to about what you are feeling? Who do you need to just go and laugh with?
