Pray for Christians in Turkey

If you’ve been following the news, you might have missed the story about an uptick in attacks on Christians in Turkey.   Just what this has to do with Islam is still up for grabs.  But it seems to be connected to the failed coup attempt.  We in the US are pretty quiet about Christians’ plight in the Islamic world.  We mourn the more egregious attacks, but seem pretty tolerant of those Christians living in their different versions of sitting at back of the bus.   Anything else might break the whole ‘religion of peace’ narrative we’re desperate to maintain I guess.
