“They may be labeled as outcasts or rebels, but in reality, black sheep are the ones who are brave enough to challenge the status quo and forge their path.”
I would like to tell you about my new book. Journey To Redemption: A 7-Day Bible Study Guide was released on September 9, 2024. It is a book that helps you celebrate your black sheep.
About The Book
Journey To Redemption: A 7-Day Bible Study Guide, is a book that explores the dynamics of being what society deems “black sheep,” by using the author’s life experiences for our current time.
Modern-day theologists and readers deserve a new and enlightened perspective on how God the Creator views what we deem “outcasts” in our society. This book dispels lies about one of the most controversial topics in the world; sex work. This book is an eye-opening experience of just how vast God’s mercy and love are for us all.
It is a new take on old stereotypes that can resonate with today’s readers. This 7-day study guide allows the reader to look through the Black Sheep’s gaze, to hear, see, and acknowledge their worth and purpose on this Earth.
About The Author
Many of you already know who I am, I have already shared that with you in my blog post; Behind The Apron From Adult Film To Food and Faith; A Former Adult Film Star’s Path to Food & Faith, Where I dive more into my life-changing transformation. For the past few years, I have felt so blessed and guided by God. He has His Hand over my life.
He wants me to be an example and shine a light on some things that may have been overlooked. I have been led to share in my spiritual journey with you. My life has not been easy.
I have dealt with many ups and downs. I have been disappointed and hurt so bad I didn’t know how I would get out of bed. Through it all, I kept a relationship with God.
Keeping The Faith
I can truly say that He has heard my cries and wiped my tears. He has replaced those tears with those of pure joy and happiness. He has been an active member in my life, showing me that through it all He was there and I had as much power over my life as He does and if we work together, we can overcome my obstacles with confidence and assurance.
Yes, that is how it has felt. I have always prayed for wisdom and to be a blessing so that I could bless others. This Summer God put it on my heart to write a book about redemption.
While writing this book, I found myself even more enamored with God. His Grace and Mercy for all living things knows no bounds. I felt that I was already healed from my past, but researching God’s word validated His Presence and Love in my life.
God’s Love
My relationship with the Divine has leveled up in a way that I wish all of us could experience. I hope this book will be more than just ‘a good read’. I hope that it will help those who want a better understanding about themselves or others in their life, that they may feel they cannot reach because of the circumstances surrounding their life.
God would like me to continue to spread the message that He wants no one left behind. We all deserve His Love, Kindness, Mercy, and Grace. This book is great for Individual Spiritual Awakening, women’s bible study, Mission, Youth Bible Study or book club. It is full of complex human emotions and opportunities for positive Christian-driven discussion.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did writing it.
