Earlier this summer I was honored to accompany a distinguished group of thought leaders in the Interspiritual Movement on a tour in Colorado. During this trip I taught the Bear Grip Mudra to Ken Wilber and Kurt Johnson. Bear Grip is used to stimulate and strengthen the heart and intensify concentration. Ideally this mudra should be practiced for 3 minutes daily.
