Galina: Do you have any future projects currently in the works?
Anya: I’ve just begun work on a book about my relationship with Odin, even though it’s a relationship that continues to unfold each day. I’ve tentatively titled it The Girl who Married a God, and it will talk specifically about walking the path of a godspouse. It’s the book I wish would have existed two years ago when Odin came calling. It won’t have all the answers, but it will be an honest account of my struggles to understand and love Him in those first two years.
In the meantime, I write regularly at my WordPress blog, “The Fruit of Pain,” on the trials and joys of my spiritual life (and my marriage). Feel free to stop by!
Galina: Is there anything else that you would like to talk about? Anything you would like covered?
Anya: Not that I can think of. Thank you for contacting me–it’s been a pleasure.
Galina: I’d like to thank Anya for taking the time to answer my questions. It truly has been a pleasure. Those interested in purchasing “Lilith: Queen of the Desert” may do so at either of the following links:

On a personal note, I highly recommend Anya’s book. It combines historical examination of Lilith while at the same time providing prayers and accounts from modern devotees, material that is both powerful and sometimes wrenching in its raw intensity. Even for one like myself, who has no particular contact, affinity, or devotional relationship with Lilith, this book gave me food for thought. In all, “Lilith: Queen of the Desert” is a moving testament to the very real power of an often maligned Goddess and certainly worth the read.
