Arrived at PantheaCon!

Phew! Myself and other PNC members had some trouble with our flights but everyone is finally trickling in. I’ve peeked around corners, hugged some folks and finally got into the room to freshen up (aka smell less bad and look less crumpled) and get on the interwebs.

PantheaCon is huge. I’ve honestly never seen anything like this. This very nice classy hotel is overrun with Pagans, and I love it. Such a vibrant, diverse and friendly group of people to have take over a gigantic hotel!

The vendor room is simply huge and just at a quick peek I was already drooling over stuff. The hospitality suites are really nice, cozy, intimate rooms where you can spend time with folks away from all the madness. Got to hang out in the COG/NWC/NROOGD suite for a bit and chatted with really nice folks. Don’t remember all the names but Gus DiZerega was hanging out there. Lots of name dropping could happen. In the first 20 minutes I saw Don Frew, Jason Pitzl-Waters, Erynn Rowan Laurie, T. Thorn Coyle, Cosette from the PNC, and I saw Oberon Zell-Ravenheart wander through looking fabulous in his wizard garb. I am agog at all the people here.

I’m a little sleep-deprived and silly but I’m really excited to be here. Really excited to get a chance to see all these fabulous folks. Worth all the trouble to get here.
