The Uncomfortable Truth About Our Collective Biases and the Call to Action
“The wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart. If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” Psalms 11:2-3
This is what is going on in this country. People are taking shots at the very things that hold this country together. All these socialistic mini terrorist groups are like termites gnawing away at this nation’s foundation.
“Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:” Matthew 12:25
Jesus came to Earth doing good and casting out demons and he was accused of being of Satan himself when he said this. People don’t like to be exposed. Some people would rather live under the delusion that everything is alright when there is a cancer eating them from the inside out. The doctor is trying to reveal the truth to them and what it will take to root out the disease but these same people have lived with it so long it has become their normal.
There is a reckoning going on. Trump and MAGA are shaking things up in this country like never before. Trump isn’t Jesus but there is a reckoning going on, and righteous people have prayed and cried out to God for this for a long time. And whether it is Trump or another, God uses whom he wants to accomplish a thing.
This nation has got to stop wallowing in their pedantic need for instant gratification and it being ‘all about them’. I know I am using scripture and some of you do not believe in the scriptures but if you will get over your religious bias and use some critical thinking skills, you will see it makes sense. This isn’t about Christians, Buddhists, Catholics, pagans, atheists or heathens, democrats, republicans, gay, straight, or any other group. This is about America standing or falling. The enemy is at our gates just waiting for the right moment to come in and finish us.
“For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. Therefore, whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.” Luke 12:2-3
That is what is going on now in this country. Liars, thieves, sexual abusers and more are being exposed and rather than hate it we should embrace it. A cleansing is going on in this country and if your little world or favorite group, sin or cause has been one of the ones exposed as evil and harmful then so be it. Be mature enough to look at the bigger picture and accept it and get over it and let the doctor do the surgery so this nation can heal. This is not about Trump. If that is what you are reading into this then you haven’t been listening. God is answering the prayers of the righteous…don’t read christian into that for the purpose of this writing, broaden your definition of the righteous for a moment as all of us who see the corruption on every level and see the need for a nation that is law abiding, has high moral values, that will no longer abide the world we are leaving to our children.
“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. The Lord looks from heaven; he beholds ALL the sons of men. From the place of his habitation, he looks upon ALL the inhabitants of the earth. He fashions their hearts alike; he considers all their works.” Psalms 33:12-15
Don’t think I am just trying to convert you to Christianity or something. Broaden your mind a little. Wrap your head around how that applies for us all…” he beholds ALL the sons of men.” That includes you. That includes all people. It is time to stop lowering the bar to accommodate everyone who has their particular instant gratification set up as their lord. You have groups lobbying to have sex with children! How low does it have to go before we make a stand and get behind the righteous movement that is going on in this country? Trump can’t do it all. Trump is not the messiah but he is the one taking the heat for the righteous movement going on in this country. Get your head out your collective bi-asses and let’s come together for what is right and righteous.
