This is a little off topic, but helpful I think.

Several years ago, I began a whole food, plant based lifestyle. It is one of the best decisions of my life. The vegan / plant based community is growing every day. It’s exciting to watch it happen and feel that I’m on the right side of history.

But, when you start out, it’s a little confusing. There are so many messages out there and it helps just to have a place to start. That’s why I wrote my app – Four Eyed Plant Eater. It points to whole food, plant based and vegan resources all over the internet. Currently, it is only available on Android – check it out – Four Eyed Plant Eater app!

Below you will find my stream-lined list of my most favorite links to the best information that I know of at this time. In this format, I can easily come back and modify. So, send me your recommendations and comments to karl@karlscoaching.com .
