Amazing Parish Announces 2026 Leadership Summit

Greenwood Village, CO, September 22, 2025—Amazing Parish, a transformative movement that began just over a decade ago to help pastors and their leadership teams fulfill Christ’s Great Commission to “Go make disciples of all nations,” aims to broaden its mission and vision for the future at the 2026 Leadership Summit to be held August 3-5, 2026 in Houston, TX.  A conference previously open only to parish teams that were member clients, Amazing Parish now invites all clergy, seminarians, diocesan staff, and laity serving in leadership positions to experience a uniquely empowering event and an on-fire culture dedicated to setting the Church up for mission and intentional evangelization.

“Since Amazing Parish first launched in 2013, the core mission has always been about parish renewal and helping pastors improve organizational health,” said Executive Director Tim Glemkowski. “Over time, as we have been invited to serve renewal-minded leaders across the Church, we’ve recognized the need to open our Summit to be a gathering place for all of these leaders. In coaching 1,100 parishes over the last decade, we have found that the top 25 percent of parish leaders are feeling isolated and ill-equipped. Amazing Parish has always excelled at personalized leader coaching, but we want our hallmark conferences to truly foster a sense of community among Catholic leaders. Our hope is that conference attendees will immediately feel at home among like-minded leaders who understand their challenges and want to celebrate their successes.”

In August 2024, Glemkowski stepped into leadership at Amazing Parish amid a season of revival and extraordinary parish growth, fresh off his tenure as founding Chief Executive Officer of the National Eucharistic Congress. Through Glemkowski’s innovative approach to parish ministry, Amazing Parish aims to not only provide world-class training in parish transformation but also a unifying and inspiring experience for pastors and their leadership teams that sends them home renewed and ready to lead with greater confidence.

“Most people know Amazing Parish for our annual conferences, with nearly 10,000 renewal-focused leaders—including 1,700 pastors and 40 bishops from 129 dioceses across 10 countries — joining us since 2014,” noted Glemkowski. “The 2026 Leadership Summit will be our first formal gathering in two years, and we see this Summit as the first step in Amazing Parish being able to broadly support  leaders across the entire Church who are hungry to see God lead renewal in our time.”

The three-day event will feature presentations from industry experts and leaders in evangelization on how to cultivate a “spark” parish, while offering attendees opportunities for prayer, fellowship, practical workshops, and deeper communion with one another and with the Lord.  Custom tracks for teams and individuals will also be offered.  Registration for the 2026 Leadership Summit opens October 4, fittingly on the Feast of St. Francis, whose life was marked by answering God’s call to “rebuild my Church.”
