Dr. Mike Simmons (he/him) is a trained and experienced psycho-spiritual practitioner specializing in shadow work and psycho-spiritual transformation. While not a therapist, Mike's trauma-informed approach integrates elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), and psychodrama, offering a deep and holistic coaching experience. Dr. Simmons holds an MA in Intercultural Studies, and a Doctor of Leadership from Portland Seminary where his research and work centered on the intersection of Jungian Psychology, authentic spirituality, and myth. There is no preferred belief or non-belief required to work with Shadow Mike. Mike works with individuals from diverse faith and non-faith traditions, particularly those who hold spiritual or relational wounding who are ready to envision and co-create the life they desire and require.
