Honduran Congress demands apology from Chavez to Archbishop

I thought this was very interesting… we don’t see this in America at all. This is what happens in a country with Catholic roots:

Following insults from Hugo Chávez directed to the Archbishop of Tegucigalpa, Cardinal Oscar Rodríguez, of being “an imperialist clown,” the Congress of Honduras is asking the president of that nation to demand an apology from Chávez. The motion was passed last night by a sweeping majority of 128 votes with only four abstentions from the leftist party . One of the lawmakers, Juan Hernández, considers these insults offensive to the Cardinal who “is a moral figure in the country” and to “the entire people of Honduras.”
