While pregnant with Baby #6, a friend of mine–a devout Catholic mom–suffered from terrible headaches. The doctors finally ordered an MRI and they discovered a brain tumor. They waited until her baby was born and tomorrow she goes in for treatment to shrink the tumor. The doctors are pretty certain that it is a benign tumor, but the size and location of it is problematic. My friend asks that you storm heaven with prayers. She is worried because she doesn’t want to end her nursing relationship with her son and she worries about the radiation exposure as well as the side affects.
