Love That Reaches Across the Veil: Q&A with Janis Heaphy Durham

You quote someone in the book saying "I'll believe it when I see it" really should be "I'll see it when I believe it"…What was he getting at?
This quote highlights the power of our openness to new ideas. If people already have their minds made up about something, they won't see the evidence for what it is. They will discount it automatically as incongruous with their beliefs.  If they use and trust their minds and senses as humans, they will see what's really there.

What do you hope your book accomplishes? What do you hope readers take away most?
My hope is to help increase the dialogue about the survival of consciousness after death and outside the physical body, with a legitimate foundation for debate and inquiry. I hope readers take away that love is more powerful than they realized and that if they experience love that reaches across the veil, they should not ignore it. Paying attention can bring light to their lives in many ways, even beyond the issues of the afterlife.
