Christmas at Patheos

'Tis the season... to bicker in shopping lines, forsake the future for debt-expanding gift-giving, to struggle against the "War on Christmas," all while lamenting the lack of "Christ" in today's consumer culture. But it's also the season to forget all that and remember what's really important at this time of year. A time to remember, in the spirit of that best gift, the first Christmas gift of Christ in Bethlehem, 'tis the season of generosity—a time for fellowship and merrymaking, good tidings and light.

So take a breath, and let us soothe your Black-Friday-tattered psyche with Patheos' gift to you—stories of family, sanctity, good will, and good cheer (and perhaps a little controversy) just in time for the Christmas season.
