More and more women are coming forward and accusing Roy Moore of harassing them when they were minors and he was in his 30s. This isn’t an isolated claim. The women don’t know each other and their claims have been corroborated.
Moore even had a reputation for hitting on high school girls working at his local mall. He also called one teenage girl while she was in math class after calling the school principal so he could talk to her. Wow.
And now there are reports that police were instructed to keep Moore away from high school cheerleaders at football games.
As Moore’s reputation grew, former police officer Faye Gary was asked to prevent Moore from stalking girls:
“We were also told to watch him at the ballgames, and make sure that he didn’t, you know, hang around with the cheerleaders.”
HANNITY: At that time in your life, let me ask you this you do remember these girls would it be unusual for you as a 32-year-old guy to have dated a woman as young as 17? That would be a 15 year difference or a girl 18. Do you remember dating girls that young at that time?
MOORE: Not generally, no. If did, you know, I’m not going to dispute anything but I don’t remember anything like that.
HANNITY: But you don’t specifically remember having any girlfriend that was in her late teens even at that time?
MOORE: I don’t remember that and I don’t remember ever dating any girl without the permission of her mother. And I think in her statement she said that her mother actually encouraged her to go out with me.
So Moore, while trying to state his innocence, even says he “generally” didn’t date teens and got the permission of their mother if he did.
The evidence is overwhelming. Roy Moore should not be a United States Senator and while it doesn’t look like he will step down from the race, I really hope he doesn’t win. Of course after Trump being elected, our country has shown they don’t mind if politicians are accused of sexual assault as long as they agree with their politics.
