HAPPY YANKEES ELIMINATION DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11!!!!1!

It’s the happiest holiday of the year!!! CONGRATULATIONS TIGERS!!!

It’s an early Yankees Elimination Day this year! Brings back fond memories of 2006 to see the Tigers celebrating at the Yankees’ expense again!

Savor the schadenfreude, fellow Yankee-haters, the world is a beautiful place!

Your Celebrations?

I absolutely love that the announcers were audibly disappointed the Tigers lost; Screw those douche-nozzles! The best team won. Tigers are making world series this year and Verlander for MVP… also a Nobel prize in the baseball. Let the Detroit renaissance begin.

Really? I would be surprised if Ron Darling was disappointed.

    GO TIGGERS.

    Yes, the misspelling was intentional.

Would it be mean and/or unbecoming of me to post a ‘go tigers’ comment over at CPP’s blog?

I’m sure it is what he most hopes to see. :)

I’m not sure there’s a more deserving guy around ;)

Also, the great thing about that song is that most words ending in -ation/-ate have four/three syllables, so you can change it around however you want.

    Maaaas-tur-bate, good times, come on!!!

There will be great rejoicing in our house, when my wife wakes up.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO YANKEES SUCK! That was pretty much my response on seeing “Yankees Eliminated” at the top of my paper this morning.

I support two baseball teams: the Mets, and whoever’s playing the Yankees. (Sort of like how I never watch football, but I will passionately cheer for whoever’s playing Dallas.)

      LET’S GO METS!!!

On the one hand, there’s little else to be happy about in Michigan these days. On the other hand, the notion of the Tigers actually winning the Series conjures up the spectre of the ineffable Thomas S. Monaghan …

Red Sox fans are happier now. All they now need is for the Patriots to slaughter the Jets this Sunday afternoon.
