The Stars’ "Theory of Relativity"

The good news is that Stars have a new album The North coming out in early September. The bad news is that the first song “The Theory of Relativity” is not exactly hooking me so far.

But there is reason to hope. Stars are a phenomenal band and their album Set Yourself on Fire is one of the very greatest of the last decade (at least). It starts with this great song and never stops being awesome until it’s over:

    I’ve never heard of Stars before, but it is pleasent to listen to. Not my full cup of tea, but I can appreciate you think they’re great.

    I can tell you and I have radically different tastes, I change the station whenever I hear their music.
