John Oliver Brings Hilarious Skeptical Education

John Oliver is doing a spectacular job in his show of mainstreaming the sorts of critical analyses that you often have to turn to the scientific community or the skeptics community for. He’s hilarious and entertaining and educative. I was never a huge fan of his before but I am very grateful for the way he is doing his Last Week Tonight show for HBO. It’s much needed.

And Samantha Bee of The Daily Show recently took on critical thinking failures of its own audience when it exposed the problem of progressives who are wrongly anti-vaccination:
