The Worldnutdaily’s Amazing Find

Aaron Klein of the Worldnutdaily has a major scoop. In another of those infamous “WND exclusive” stories, Klein makes the astonishing discovery that a former Obama administration official in the Department of Health and Human Services helped write the health care reform bill.

The president of a George Soros-funded “progressive” think tank has boasted about helping to write President Obama’s signature healthcare legislation.

Neera Tanden, president of the Center for American Progress, or CAP, appeared Friday night on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” when she was asked by another guest, James Poulos of the Huffington Post, whether she read the text of Obamacare.

“Yes,” she replied. “I helped write the bill. So yes, I read the bill. I read all 2,200 pages of the bill.”

Tanden assumed her CAP position in November 2011 after serving as a senior advisor for the U.S. Health and Human Services. She also worked on Obama’s health-reform team in the White House to help pass the Affordable Care Act.

A Health and Human Services adviser helped write the most important health care legislation in two generations? Shocking. Just shocking. That’s the kind of crack reporting we expect from the Worldnutdaily.

OK, I know they stretch the definition of “exclusive” occasionally, but how could this possibly be an exclusive if she said it on national TV?

  • eric

I guess he’s relying on his audience to ignore the time frames and infer that Obama use a private contractor from CAP to help write the bill.

It’s not real news until it’s reported on real American news media. You know, places where real Americans get their news, not those Satan-blighted mouthpieces of the lieberal media.

So of course it’s an “exclusive” even if it was broadcast on national TV. The TV show it was on was liberal – so it doesn’t count.

You’re all missing the point. It’s the fact that she now works for the “Soros-funded” think tank. It’s Soros-funded! What more proof do you that there will be death panels?!!!!?? Wake up sheeple!1!1 Death panels! Chemtrails! Juice boxes! Benghazi! Agenda 21!

You know, assuming “think-tank” on the left is, like it is on the right, codespeak for ‘lobbying group’, there’s a genuine concern about government employees who immediately go into that sort of employment when they leave office. But of course, talking about that in neutral terms would immediately demonstrate just how common it is for Republicans to do the same damn thing, and WND would never do that….

  • Modusoperandi

freemage, but it’s okay when those on the Right do it, because they lobby for good, American things that America and Americans need in America, like copyright extension, tax loopholes and no regulations.

One can almost feel the disappointment that parts of Obamacare were not directly vomited from the Gates of Hell. [which still appear to be the source of Mirosoft code]
