Swanson: Hillary Clinton Destroying African Families

Kevin Swanson of Generations Radio seems intent on topping his own staggering record of stupidity and bigotry every single day. On a recent show he went on a bizarre rant about Hillary Clinton destroying African societies by helping women gain some measure of independence. By giving them cows. Right Wing Watch has the details:

The Colorado-based pastor was upset about a Bloomberg Businessweek article which linked economic development to more liberal divorce laws. He warned that efforts backed by Clinton to improve women’s economic status will “destroy the nuclear family” — and society at large — by convincing a woman to “divorce her husband and walk away with her own cow.”

“What does it do when Hillary Clinton buys a cow for an African women so that she can have her own cow and ‘the heart of her husband will not safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need to spoil’ (Proverbs 31:11). In the end what happens when Hillary Clinton buys 100,000 cows for 100,000 families in Kenya so that the woman can own her own cow and the family economy will be obliterated in Africa.”

Here’s the audio, which makes it sound even weirder than it looks in print:

Oh, and Obamacare will create death camps:

I’m amazed at the things I’m still learning at the age of 37. Making people economically stable ruins economies. Giving people more rights brings about totalitarianism. Words from a non-existent misogynistic genocidal asshole of a magical sky fairy as written by people thousands of years ago are the only valid moral code for today.

I wonder what I’ll learn tomorrow.

I wonder what I’ll learn tomorrow.

Missile strikes from the air promote peace, eavesdropping on allies prevents terrorism, socialized medicine is a euphemism for state mandated murder, evolution is false, and global warming is a plot of those socialist mooslin atheist evilutionista spying drone pilots.

I wonder what I’ll learn tomorrow.

Oh, and to add to blf: someone has already invented a perpetual motion machine, but the government (Obama?) had him killed and destroyed all his inventions and notes.

I’m rather curious about how marriages in which a woman eagerly prefers a cow over her husband are supposed to be marriages worth keeping. I mean, even assuming Swanson was right, you’d think someone who claimed to value strong, good, stable marriages would want to look into the problem here and maybe try to do a little counseling, as opposed to saying “now don’t you go givin’ that woman a cow, y’hear?”

It’s not “to spoil,” it’s “of spoil.” Or, he will lack nothing of value. It has to do with praising an industrious wife who is able to produce goods and sell them to buy choice products from afar. I know Swanson is a bizarre little man, but seriously??

Aaaand, the ad at the top of the page is for Heifer International.

I think for the holidays this year, I’ll go disrupt some third world economies by sending some poor women a beehive or a couple of ducks.

We used to call a rant like Swanson’s “having a cow.” I think Bart Simpson still says “Don’t have a cow, man!” (Haven’t watched in a while.)

  • See Stephanie Zvan’s recent four-part takedown of Matt Forney’s “argument” that woman should have little to no self-esteem.

The nuclear family, in a sexist’s warped mind, is the ideal family arrangement in which the woman is dependent on the man for her stability, for her very existence. In return for which she meekly takes care of him and however many sprogs they produce together.

The oft-repeated fallacy is that women with self-esteem, women who have achieved some level of success on their own, will no longer want a husband and children. In actual fact, of course, these things simply mean a woman doesn’t have to have those things. And so some women will choose not to. Some women will not only not be forced to marry the men who want to marry them, but not be forced to marry at all. They are free to make their own choice.

Misogynistic assholes like Forney and Mr. Swanson here, needless to say, hate that prospect.

Misogynistic assholes like Forney and Swanson can, needless to say, go fuck themselves. The necessity of which becomes more and more likely on a daily basis.

  • If this keeps up, next they’ll want the vote!

@9 Modusoperandi Or ‘gasp’ a career. It’s too terrible to think about really.

On a side note, as a Canadian I can totally vouch for the whole Obamacare death camps thing. Why before Universal health care came to Canada we had a population of around 500 Mega-Billion* or so. Now we’re down to about 35 million. Damn you NWO-Illuminati-Lizard-Freemason-Machine Overlords.

*Numbers may not be representative of historical fact, due to cover ups by them damn liberal communists.

According to the second clip, North Korea has death chambers. That seems far more efficient than death panels. Less government involvement.
