Wiles rhymes with vile and that’s not a coincidence. Like many far-right ranters, he’s decided that H.R. McMaster is the enemy and wants him gone. So he told Trump to do to him what David did to Bathsheba’s husband, send him off to war to be killed.
Wiles suggested that reports that Trump has been frustrated by the lack of progress in the war effort was really a plan by Trump to create a “cover story to send Gen. McMaster to Afghanistan” and remove him from the White House.
“Send him to a battlefield,” Wiles suggested, noting that “King David sent Bathsheba’s husband to war also.”
The book of 2 Samuel tells the story of how King David became smitten with Bathsheba, slept with her and she became pregnant. In an effort to cover up the affair, King David had Bathsheba’s husband, Uriah, recalled from battle and encouraged him to go home to visit his wife. Citing a code of honor, Uriah refused and, in response, King David sent him back to the front lines and ordered the commander to “set Uriah in the forefront of the hottest battle, and retreat from him, that he may be struck down and die.”
Does he think Trump wants to grab McMaster’s wife’s pussy? Because that’s really what the story was about. But either way, this is absolutely repulsive. Have McMaster killed in a war instead of just firing him? Only a good “Christian” would suggest such a thing, obviously.
