Trump’s Blatant Hypocrisy on Sexual Harassment

Donald Trump, who has remained silent on the accusations against Roy Moore, could not resist the urge to jump in and display his rank hypocrisy on the allegation against Al Franken. Once he fired up Ye Olde Twitter Machine, you just knew he wouldn’t be able to help himself.

When asked about the hypocrisy of this, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders got it exactly wrong:

“We addressed that then,” Sanders said. “The American people I think spoke loud and clear when they elected this president.”

“Senator Franken has admitted wrongdoing and the president hasn’t; I think that’s a very clear distinction,” she continued.

Actually, Trump did admit to wrongdoing, more than once. He did it on that infamous Billy Bush tape, when he admitted to kissing beautiful women without their permission and grabbing them by the pussy. He was actually bragging that he did that and got away with it because he’s a celebrity. He also did it on the Howard Stern show, when he said that he bought the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants because it allows him to go into the dressing rooms and see young women naked because he’s the owner.

Of course, when any specific woman has accused him of doing what he admitted to doing earlier, he calls them liars and threatens to sue them (but doesn’t actually sue them, of course, because that would open him up to discovery and that would reveal that those women are telling the truth). And then he pays women like you a ton of money to call the women he’s mistreated liars. And yet I bet you sleep just fine at night on a pile of money and illusions of power, all while telling yourself what a good Christian you are. But you’re a fraud. And so is your boss.
