A trusted journalist asked me if I could put him in touch with any victims of discrimination from a specific era. Frankly, I’m not able to help!
I’d love to connect with someone who received a “dishonorable” or “undesirable” discharge from the military for being gay. This was the standard procedure before the DADT policy was implemented — so ideally we’re looking for an openly gay WWII or Vietnam vet. Family members of the vet could also work.
Any ideas? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
