People in Barcelona have been warned to steer well clear of a lunatic evangelical group founded in Denmark by Torben Sondergaard, above, which is staging several ‘spirituality seminars’ this weekend in in the city.
The warning, according to this report, was sounded by Ireland’s Fiona O’Leary, of the group Autistic Rights Together (ART) who herself has two autistic children. She said that Sondergaard’s “The Last Reformation” outfit is:
Really dangerous. They are terrifying vulnerable people and autistic children by telling them they are possessed with demons. They believe they can free the demons from your body by administering baptism. They refer to it as being ‘delivered’ or ‘set free’.
They seem to target vulnerable people; many people with serious conditions are being targeted by The Last Reformation.
Autism is a neurodevelopmental condition that cannot be cured but sometimes parents are not receiving the proper support they need and they can be taken in by groups like The Last Reformation.”
They also claim they can ‘cure’ gay people, it is truly horrendous what this group are doing.
Sondergaard claims to have driven demons out of a nine-year-old autistic child in Australia.
The group’s activities in Barcelona include performing “miracles” and healing the sick on the streets, according to its seminar programme.
Sandergaard said that the his three-day event in Barcelona was open to everyone.
We don’t ask for money. But we welcome donations because we have to pay for the venue. Those that can make a donation.
It is a three day course to teach people how to heal, how to pray and how to cast demons out. Demons are with us as much as they were two thousand years ago when Jesus walked among us.
O’Leary, above, added:
Spaniards should be very wary of The Last Reformation and I strongly advise people against attending these dangerous workshops. The Last Reformation are touring the world with their brainwashing scam and I am told that there are already 400 people attending at their workshop in Spain.
The Church needs to address this issue also as these cults are abusing and lying to vulnerable people in the name of God.
In other Spanish news, is it reported here that the University College of Barberán and Collán (Colegio Mayor Universitario Barberán y Collán) staged an exorcism seminar on Thursday.
The seminar, called “The Evil” and led by Father José Antonio Fortea, above, author of such works as Summa dæmoniaca – a treatise on demonology which includes a manual for exorcists – covered:
The fields related to the devil, exorcisms, being possessed and hell.
Attendance by the college’s 196 students – all members of military families – was said to be “obligatory”.
