    1 tablespoon of ground ginger? Whats thats supposed to do in a reclipe that size? I’d be using at least twice that of freshly grated ginger

      I LOVE ginger. I always buy extra little packets when I get sushi. And I did put more than just the little tablespoon suggested in the recipe, due to the yumminess of the paste!
