Token Skeptic Videos – DragonCon Skeptic Track Day One – 2009

Part of the Token Skeptic Dragon*Con series - if you enjoy my films please consider doing three things – one, donate to the Abrupt Media group, who film and stream videos from the stage and provide the audio. Secondly, check out the audio from previous years that was kindly provided to me from the SkepTrack, that features on the Token Skeptic podcast. Finally – if you want to learn more about podcasting, promoting science and being a part of another great conference that I’ll be at on the 11th October? ScienceRewired is happening very soon!

In the post, Why Would Women Choose Not To Return To An Atheist And/Or Skeptical Convention? you say, “I’m thinking of opening this thread again – suggestions as to why/why not can go to my email, thanks.”

Do you have an email listed somewhere on your site? Either I’m missing it or it isn’t there. I would like to email you.

Yes, it’s in the tab called “Me” up the top and I’ve already received two polite emails on the topic suggesting that we’re all quite done with the issue in the post in question and it’s been covered by many other commentators (even to this day), to the point that I think I’ll leave it up to others to interrogate the topic further if they so wish. I’ve already done podcasts, blogposts, et al enough, so I’ve given plenty of rein for people to have a say and there’s other venues they can feel free to use if they so wish.

I’m not letting it be dismissed, as I’m certain that there’s work to be done that all stakeholders greatly care about, but I’m letting it lie in regards to that post. Feel free to check out this blog network, or any other venue, to express your views and feel free to link to here if you feel what’s been said already helped.
