Melbourne! Over 50 Years Of Age? Documentary “Jabbed” Needs Your Story!

You may have recently read my interview with Sonya Pemberton on the CSICOP website, “Decoding Immortality and Jabbed: Love, Fear and Vaccines - here’s an update on the next documentary, if you can help!

Did you survive: Polio, Flu, Diphtheria, Whooping Cough, Measles, Mumps or Rubella?

‘Genepool Productions’ seeks people over the age of fifty to share their stories of growing up in a time when vaccine preventable disease was the norm. We would love to hear and film your story for both a national archive and an international television documentary called ‘Jabbed’.

We will be filming on Monday 5th November, 2012 in Melbourne. Volunteers required.

If you have stories of vaccine preventable disease, please contact Ros Walker: 0431 552 277

While I can’t fly to Australia to help, I am curious about the list–or maybe just the ambiguity of the phrase “… vaccine-preventable disease …”: does it mean “disease now preventable by vaccination”? With the exception of diphtheria and pertussis, people born (as I was) in the 1930s and ’40s would most likely be survivors of all the other diseases on the list (with polio as only a possible exception, since one can have it asymptomatically).
