The part where there is a ring in the Bible reminds me of my own engagement — we read a couple chapters out of the Bible on marriage, then I got down on one knee and asked her to marry me! How spiritually romantic, right? Ugh.

Your engagement story is very spiritually romantic/sweet.
I was initially attracted to my (now) husband in high school because he was always reading his Bible. This rap would have come in handy back then!
Now I don’t believe anymore and he still does. :(
