A reasonable blog on atheism, religion, science and skepticism

None of your posts show up in my Google Reader, they just have the title (link to the page) and small blank space. Not cool as I really dislike clicking on every article just to see what’s in it.. probably should fix that somehow.
@RS: Same here. Sometimes I see the first comment or two in place of the article text, sometimes the first few words of the article, and sometimes nothing at all. Must be a problem with the RSS generating script.
Ditto. I no longer read each article because of it :/
My problem with it not showing up in google reader is that social functions (like the +1 feature and google+ sharing) aren’t that simple. By the time I get to looking through these articles I’ve left that page and lost the functionality to do those things directly.
I like the first two. The third may be true, but I’m afraid it might end up having to be proven in a court of law.
So cut open his chest and see if there’s a heart in there, preferably on TV and with something blunt.
Very well said!
As much as I’d love to share this one with the world, I’m going to need some back-up documentation for these claims. I can’t accept it on faith ;)
He sure seem to be keeping some questionable friends such as Charls Taylor (murderous dictator of Liberia), on woes behalf he petitioned the Bush administration, and Mobutu Sese Seko (murderous dictator of Zaire) and human right abuses in African mining operations are not exactly secret. As for cruel you just have to listen to him for 5 seconds, the same go for heartless (in the metaphorical sense, I don’t think anyone is making the claim Robertson lacks the four chambered muscular organ responsible for pumping blood).
I see there’s no proof. I’m going to share it anyway.
You mean like christians and their bible do?
Please, someone get the spelling corrected on “evangelical” on the Pat Robertson one. Makes atheists look a bit illiterate.
The point can be made without the 3rd banner, if anyone has quibbles. Never heard of Secular Samaritans, will check them out later. Kind of wish they’d used a different name, though, since the point of the bible story was that *even* a (insert name of detested ethnic group here) can occasionally do something decent. Surely, most atheists are routinely good, not occasionally utilized by God to serve a good purpose.
The differences in the design show that third panel is clearly not part of the original and was added by someone of the intertubes.
The religious only say they believe in a God because they are afraid to own up to the fact that when they die all that is left will be bones. My badge Good Without God is worn proudly by me. I have never harmed anyone in my life but in the bible it says to hate those who do not agree with you and put them to death in the name of the ‘lord’. Nice eh. Evolution rules!!!
Isn’t this just the opposite of a no true Scotsman?
