Donors Choose

See that Donors Choose box on the right side of every blog on this site?  Awwwww yeah!  That’s atheists supporting charity, baby!  Don’t worry, it’s just a ploy to mask our loathing of all things moral.

You can donate to sciency causes all over FtB, but WWJTD is your one-stop shop for helping keep music in public schools.  Yes, it’s probably because I was a music major and I’m biased, but let’s face it: the Arts are usually the first subject to face funding cuts.  Help those kids by throwing even five bucks into the hat if you’ve got it.

I’ll also give some incentives above and beyond general altruism (and the fact that you probably want non-crappy music to put on your ipods in the future).  If we hit $2,000, I will produce a karaoke video of singing nothing but Nsync songs all night.  I’ll even learn some of the dances.

If you donate $50, I’ll let you pick a song for me to record (if I don’t know it, I’ll learn it).

If you donate $500, I will write a song about you and record it.

Throw some money in just because music rocks, and because you have the fortitude to skip that caramel latte with soy one morning this week.
