Against for Marriage should be a laughing stock – and they would be if not for about 20% of the country comprised of god-wallopers keeping first-century morality on life support. Turns out they’re as adept at lying as they are at evaluating the likelihood that someone walked on water.
NOM in New Hampshire is attempting to convince congress to repeal that legislation. This is what their web site looks like:
Even when I saw this on Maddow I thought to myself “Hey, that place looks familiar!” It turns out that it’s part of the Columbus, OH skyline – about a mile from my house. For the geographically challenged out there (read: everybody at NOM), Columbus, Ohio is not in New Hampshire. There’s Brian Brown on the right, presumably in New Hampshire. So who was the crowd cheering for?
It turns out it was from a Barrack Obama rally at the Ohio capitol building in 2008, and NOM is leaching his popularity. Thanks ye liars for Jesus for proving that faith, at the minimum, doesn’t make anybody more honest (and it arguably gives them the impetus to be more dishonest). If you “click here to learn who we are”, I just imagine it shows a big red arrow that says “not these people”.
Thanks to Steven for the link.
