Crafty people helping the SSA (Blogathon 13/49)

We’ve got three super creative types trading their wares for donations!

Kelley Freeman of Ramen Needles is auctioning off a new masterpiece of crochet every day for the whole of SSA Week!  Her creations from this weekend are the reddit icon and Charles Frakking Darwin!

You can still bid on her past creations to support the SSA!  Wednesday’s is an adorable Flying Spaghetti Monster! Thursday’s is the invisible dragon in your garage from Carl Sagan’s book The Demon-Haunted World.  Friday’s is the Happy Atom!

Sarah Hamilton (known by many as “Ologies“) is donating the proceeds of her artwork to the SSA for the duration of SSA Week!  Check out her store.

And SSA intern Ellen Lundgren (who blogs over at Skeptic Freethought) has made an adorable Cthulu and a Flying Spaghetti Monster!

Buy the FSM, or buy the Cthulu and send pictures to PZ Myers to taunt him, and support the SSA!

This is post 13 of 49 for Blogathon.

Total donors is at 226 (if we hit 300 by 7am tomorrow, even if those donations are just the $5 minimum, 20 campers at Camp Quest Ohio will get to pie Michaelyn or JT in the face)! There will be pictures. That link also has some other ideas for pledging for Blogathon. 🙂

You can still donate to the SSA by supporting other blogathoners, art contributors, personal fundraising pages or through a direct donation to the SSA! SSA Week lasts through June 17th. Spread the word!
