Update

I got five hours of sleep last night.  Less than I wanted or thought I was going to get, but still a step in the right direction.  Gonna try and nap later today.

My mood is about the same as it was last night, but I’ve taken some steps toward controlling my environment today that should help a lot.

Thanks for sending me religious arguments.  I’ll start hacking away at them tonight.  :)

    I don’t know if you’ve tried this, but my psychiatrist recommended melatonin pills to help me cope with my bipolar-related insomnia, and they work great for me. I take 5 or 6 mg about an hour before I want to get really sleepy if I’ve been having trouble sleeping.

    Also, the GW2 head start is in nine and a half days – empirical proof that the part of your brain insisting that everything is shit and there is no way out is full of it. Just keep remembering that. :-)
