I’m not going to make it to St. Louis tonight.

I was supposed to speak to the Atheist meetup in St. Louis tonight, but I’m in Lawrence with a fever and an inability to stay awake for long stretches.  Driving five hours would probably not be the smartest thing I’ve done this year.

I’ve let the organizers know I won’t make it.  We’ve rescheduled for Feb. 18 of next year.  Sorry guys.  :(

    Sorry to hear that, I was looking forward to the Meetup tonight.

    But definitely, don’t do an extended drive if you’re not up for it. My drive home from Skepticon this year, in the dark and the rain, feeling horrible, with a fever, was probably not particularly safe for me or for the drivers around me.
