NTSC: Lunch.

Texas: where mac and cheese counts as a vegetable.

That’s the South. Living here in Texas, and having grown up in SC, I know that Mac and Cheese is always considered a veg. Many places that do a meat and three veg also include banana pudding as a veg.

    Best veg ever.

Also french fries? Man, Texas is weird.

But I thought the rule was that vegetables were anything that WASN’T smarter than the politicians.

According to Reagan, ketchup is a vegetable.

I ordered the mac and cheese. Most delicious vegetable ever!

Leave it to Texas to teach the controversy between veggies and side dishes.

I’m sure america’s obesity problem has nothing to do with constant similar messaging. I must say I haven’t seen such a wide range of fried foods in the ‘veg’ category for a while though.

I also love how “potato salad” is on there. A starch smothered in fat definitely condones a veggie.
