Hacktivism!

Here’s my talk on activism from Skeptech (which was a phenomenal event – I really hope they do it again).  It was such a fun time!

Many thanks to the good Doctor David Burger from whom I took a great deal of the material on in-person activism.

About JT Eberhard

When not defending the planet from inevitable apocalypse at the rotting hands of the undead, JT is a writer and public speaker about atheism, gay rights, and more. He spent two and a half years with the Secular Student Alliance as their first high school organizer. During that time he built the SSA’s high school program and oversaw the development of groups nationwide. JT is also the co-founder of the popular Skepticon conference and served as the events lead organizer during its first three years.

/wave @ JT from the audience there.
The gremelins got to the tape but I wish I had as much fun as you did in college.

    • Loqi

Agreed. Most of my college career was spent mastering DotA and Warcraft. While those are valuable life skills, they don’t anger as many theists as I would have liked.

  • Otrame

Great talk, JT. You just keep getting better at it.
