Food and Drink: Milk, eggs, a German wine called 'Liebfraumilch,' chocolate, raspberries, fresh fruits and vegetables, nettles, damiana, angelica, mugwort, saffron (all fertility herbs).

Service Offerings: spend a day running errands or cleaning house for a pregnant friend, plant a garden, give a child a gift, donate to an organization like Save the Children, the Coalition for Improving Maternity Services, the Women's Fund Network, SHARE, or Breast Cancer Research Foundation in Her name.

Contraindications: doing anything to harm a child, not taking responsibility for one's children, neglecting to pay child support, doing things that show disrespect for or damage the land.
