I’ve posted the entire September forecast on my website and you can read it here. Here are the major influences we will encounter this month – for more details take a look at the complete article and stay tuned on my Facebook and Twitter pages for daily planetary updates. The big news continues to be the challenging square aspect between Uranus and Pluto as this month marks the second exact alignment between the two since the cycle officially began in June. (Last year Uranus and Pluto came within a degree of the exact square which fostered the eruption of dissension around the world as individual rights (Uranus in Aries) began to rebel against the established order and power structures (Pluto in Capricorn). Between June and September, Uranus and Pluto were no more than a degree from the exact square aspect which is about as intense as you can get. This square (90 degree) aspect between Uranus and Pluto is a huge cycle which will not be complete until the spring of 2015, and in our personal lives it is demanding that we pay close attention to the things in our life that are not fostering authenticity and integrity as they will soon fall away. This is the transformative power of Uranus and Pluto. For now though, the intensity of this alignment will build for the first three weeks of September until the exact square on the 19 th. A harmonious alignment between Pluto (power and intensity) and Chiron (wounding and healing) will also culminate on September 6th which virtually ensures that in the midst of the intense buildup of powerful energy from Uranus and Pluto, we will find a way to release at least some of the old wounds and patterns (Chiron) that keep us from becoming our authentic selves. Pluto is at its most intense right now because not only is it interacting with another outer planet and effecting powerful changes for humans, but it is also reversing direction as it turns direct and begins moving forward again after about six months of retrograde movement. When Pluto appears to move backwards from our perspective on earth, a phenomenon we call “retrograde,” our attention tends to be turned inwards and we look back at ways to repair the past. Pluto’s forward turn suggests that there will be more emphasis on the outer world and the transformation of the external structures that support us but for now it is at a standstill, beaming a laser of powerful intensity into our lives and making it nearly impossible to avoid confronting important truths.
