This one is deceptively simple.

Whenever you’re feeling stressed or upset, try this:

1. Close your eyes

2. Inhale through your nose for a count of three.

3. Hold your breath for a count of three.

4. Exhale through your nose for a count of three.

5. Pause for a count of three.

6. Repeat as needed.
