ELSEWHERE: Shaped on All Six Sides

Several months ago, my husband told me one of his dreams in life is to build a wooden boat. After watching this video about a man who does just that, I can understand Mike’s fascination with the slow and intricate process. The last time I was on a hand-crafted boat I was 7 years old, off the Florida Keys, with my Grampa Hobie. Check out the video and appreciate the craft.
