
“I love you to the moon – and back.”
Guess How Much I Love You is a British children’s book written by Sam McBratney. and illustrated by Anita Jeram. It was published in 1984 and has sold more than 28 million copies. The picture book is about Big Nutbrown Hare and Little Nutbrown Hare, assumed to be father and son. The question “Guess how much I love you” is repeated throughout in larger and larger contexts. The book was an ALA Notable Children’s book and has been named to the “Teachers’ Top 100 Books for Children.”
